    im starting work on a new army , it shall be an ubber fluff and ubber cool army which includes aspects of guard . if you want to know what it is read helsreach and u should be able to guess . if u dont get it wen u read helsreach then shame on your soul

    proper MECHANICUS ! guard .... none o dat all mech .... CUS MY GUARD HAS SKITARII AND SERVITOR AS TROOPS AND TECH PRIESTS AS HQ ! ill put a copy of my home made codex on here now



    Special rules

    Knowledge of omnissiah: all personal (except servitors) in a mechanicus army have at least a small knowledge of technology.
    Any servitors that have joined or been joined by mechanicus personal do not suffer from mind lock.

    Blessing of omnissiah: a model with this rule may opt to repair a immobilised or weapon destroyed vehicle damage result in the shooting phase, if he does so he may not shoot . That model needs to roll a 6 or more on a D6 to successfully repair the damage, add 1 to the result rolled for every tech servitor in his unit.

    Mechanicus upgrades: all personal (except servitors) come basic with carapace armour and defensive grenades. all units ( except servitors ) will have the option to take special mechanicus upgrade which boost a certain stat by 1 , each unit may pick one of these upgrades ( everyone in the unit gets it )
    Mechanicus upgrades:

    Augmented limbs: confers +1 strength ..................25 points for unit

    Enhanced optics: +1 to BS ..................................30 points for unit

    Adamantine breast: +1 to armour saves ........30 points for unit

    Reaction enhancement: +1 to initiative and WS.............................
    ........ 35 points for entire unit

    Emotional lobotomy: Unit is fearless ..................... 30 points for unit

    Combat augmented limb: +1 attack ........................ 30 points for unit

    Mechanicus support: a mechanicus unit may select one upgrade from the following list:

    Heavy weapons servitor: 0-1 , +10 follows a basic servitor stat line but must be armed with one of the following: heavy bolter +15 , Multi-melta +20 , lascannon + 30 , missile launcher +10 , heavy flamer +10 .

    Combat servitor: 0-3, +10 points per servitor, follows basic servitor stat line but with +1 WS, attack and initiative.

    Tech servitor: 0-3, +10 points per servitor. Follows basic servitor stat line. Each servitor has the blessing of omnissiah special rule apart from they need a 6 to repair an immobilised or weapon destroyed result with no modifiers.

    Heavy weapon platforms: if a unit chooses this option they must replace four members of the unit with the platform. The platform has the relentless special rule and is armour 10 all round, the weapons platform cannot go in vehicles. +20 points for the platform, the platform must be equipped with one of the following Heavy bolter +20 , Multi-melta +25 , lascannon +35 , Plasma cannon +20 and a missile launcher + 20 .

    A general may select a skitarii command squad as a retinue

    Senior Tech-priest ........................................... 60 points

    May be accompanied by a retinue of 1 to 5 servitors: 10 points per servitor (may select any servitor type from mechanicus support).

    Wargear: servo arm , snub pistol, carapace armour, refractor field , power weapon

    Special rules: mechanicus upgrades, Knowledge of omnissiah, independent character, blessing of omnissiah
    Maybe given a servo harness for 30 points .



    Skitarii command squad .................................... 70 points

    Unit composition 1overseer and 9 skitarii guard


    Skitarii overseer may select any item from this list.
    Power weapon.................. 10 points Wargear: auto-gun, auto pistol

    m screwin the home made dex and usin marines ... the army is awsome .... lets just say i got a unit where u can only target one and assult one a turn .. 20 THUNDER HAMMER ATTACKS !
