Oh well I can crusade against all of those armies apart from the custodes . I say that all chapters apart from BT and a selected few are heretics !

Kai, can you just try and watch the spam? Try to be productive with your posts otherwise it will lead to a flame war. (otherwise known as "My armies better than yours")
In regards to the OP, I would suggest looking at BA Honour Guard instead of the sanguinary guard, they are cheaper in points and are more versatile. Also maybe drop one of your special characters for a Chaplain. I have only heard positives about these fella's

Pretty much all of your anti-tank is focused in your Stormravens, if they go down against a vehicle heavy force then you don't have that many options left.
Apart from that the list seems pretty solid, though dropping the Sanguinor for a Chaplain would still be very effective and free up points for you to use.

I really want to face an army with storm ravens in it and also another combat army ( eg nids , orks , ba and mane chaos )

No worries hayden. I wouldn't see much of a problem with your AT power in the storm ravens. After all essentially they are flying land raiders!
In regards to blood talons, unless I'm mistaken, for every wound they cause, you get to roll for another hit? so if for example in combat it killed 3 space marines out of 4 attacks. It would then roll 3 more to see if they hit then wound, if one of those wounds, it rolls again to hit and wound with one dice.
Am I right with that?

Hrm... the Sanguinor Is far too many points in my opinion, he dies fast and I just personally wouldn't take him.... Other than that good list.
